If you want to escape the Christmas shopping chaos this weekend but still have a long list of presents to buy, do not worry because the Circus has arrived in town…

Snuggled away in London’s East End is a five-day shopping event like no other. Based in a disused power station, Circus offers a selection of Britain’s emerging design and fashion talent. The likes of Emma Franklin, House of Hackney and Alice Made This, will be offering everything from jewellery, accessories, homeware and ceramics, to taxidermy and art.
And if you’re after something with extra special panache, then make sure you attend the Fashion Trunk Show. Katie Eary, Susie Bubble, Fred Butler and Atalanta Weller amongst others, will all be selling their covetable wares, bric-a-brac and current collections, with voluntary donations going to Crisis’s Christmas Dinner Campaign.
Don’t miss out on a festive treat at the Bloody Mary bar or Lily Vanilli’s bakery and make sure you catch original taxidermy artwork by Polly Morgan.
Our very own street style scout will be also be stopping by this Saturday to snap the best-dressed seasonal shoppers.
Check out which lovely ladies, we found at Circus yesterday on our Facebook page.
We’ll see you all there…
